Effective: September 4, 2026By purchasing a class, course, membership, subscription, or other service from IAIN English, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.1. ServicesIAIN English provides English-language education, including online classes, recorded courses, learning materials, community access, feedback, and other educational services.Specific services included in your purchase may vary depending on the class, course, or membership you select.2. Educational ResultsAll lessons, courses, materials, and advice provided by IAIN English are for educational purposes.We aim to help students improve their English, but individual results depend on factors including participation, practice, study habits, and effort.IAIN English does not guarantee a specific level of English improvement or result.3. PaymentsPrices are shown before purchase.By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price for the selected service.For recurring memberships or subscriptions, payments may automatically renew according to the billing schedule shown at the time of purchase.You may cancel future recurring payments through the customer portal or by contacting us for assistance.Cancellation stops future renewal payments but does not automatically create a refund for services already provided or used.4. Cancellations & RefundsRefunds and cancellations will be handled according to the refund terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable American consumer protection laws.Where legally required, customers may request cancellation or withdrawal within the applicable statutory period.For digital courses, recordings, downloads, or other digital content, cancellation rights may be limited after access to or delivery of the content has begun, where permitted by law.For classes or services that have already been partially provided, any refund may be adjusted based on the portion of the service already provided, where permitted by law.Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded.5. Live ClassesStudents are responsible for joining scheduled classes on time and having a working internet connection and suitable device.If a student cannot attend a group class, recordings or lesson materials may be available depending on the program.Missing a scheduled class does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.If IAIN English cancels a class, we may provide a replacement class, reschedule the class, extend access, or provide another appropriate remedy.6. Course & Membership AccessAccess to courses, recordings, communities, or learning materials is provided only for the period included with the student's purchase.Access may end when a membership or subscription expires or is cancelled.Students may not share their account, login details, paid course access, recordings, or other restricted content with people who have not purchased access.7. Course Materials & CopyrightVideos, lessons, worksheets, recordings, graphics, documents, audio, and other materials provided by IAIN English remain the intellectual property of IAIN English or the applicable content owner.Materials are provided for the student's personal educational use only.Students may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, reproduce, or commercially use paid materials without permission.8. Community ConductStudents participating in classes, group chats, online communities, or other IAIN English spaces must treat teachers and other members respectfully.Harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, inappropriate behavior, unauthorized advertising, or intentionally disruptive behavior may result in removal from the service.In serious cases, access may be terminated without further participation in the community, subject to applicable law and refund requirements.9. Technology & AvailabilityWe make reasonable efforts to keep online services available, but uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed.Temporary interruptions may occur because of internet problems, platform outages, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.10. Changes to ServicesIAIN English may occasionally update class schedules, teachers, platforms, course materials, features, or other parts of the service.If a significant change materially affects a student's purchased service, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with applicable law.11. Personal InformationPersonal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.12. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.If services are provided to customers outside Korea, any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's jurisdiction will continue to apply where legally required.13.
